Griphoist repair workshop
EnTEC® has the only workshop in Latin America certified by Tractel®, worldwide leader in the manufacturing of height access equipment, to repair and test hoists.
This testbench was designed, developed and built by EnTEC®, tests the nominal load capacity of griphoists, like TIRAK®, MINIFOR® and TIRFOR®.
The hoists can be verified on the dynamic efforts of more than three cycles and on both pathways, considering a safety factor of 1.25, according to the international standards that TRACTEL® follows.
The testbench has a load capacity of up to 3,750 kg.
EnTEC®'s testbench has a dynamometer with a wireless digital screen that allows seeing in real-time the forces applied.
It is connected to a computer that uses a proprietary TRACTEL® software to analyze the behaviour of the loads of the hoists. This tool presents data and information that allows knowing, with certainty, how well is operating the machinery.
Tirak™ Service
Tirak™ is the number one motorized traction hoist worldwide. With a rope pass-through design, the Tirak™ allows for unlimited rope lengths, providing ultimate flexibility. No matter the application, including people lifting, the Tirak™ ensures a reliable lifting.
For people moving, the Tirak™ complies with the EN1808 standards, ensuring the highest safety standards.
Because of these standards is necessary that all reparations and maintenances are performed at a Service Center with trained and certified staff that can guarantee that the hoist will keep working optimally.
Minifor™ Service
Minifor™ is a portable motorized rope pass-through lifting equipment. It can lift loads for great lengths, sustaining balance all the time.
It can be used in several configurations and be controlled by a hanging button switch; also has an option for the use of a cable roller and a radio command.
Our workshop has all the training, knowledge and experience to provide maintenance and repair this type of equipment.
Blocstop™ Service
Blocstop™ is a backup safety device that is placed on the metallic rope of a griphois, like Tirfor® or Tirak®. It is designed to stop or contain any load during a lift maneuver. Our Service Center is also trained and certified to provide maintenance to this important safety device.
