Rack and pinion elevators
Maximum reliability
Maspero has developed a variety of rack and pinion industrial elevators.
This lifts are designed for use on industrial environments (such as petrochemical) and construction sites, where reliability and safety are more important than the speed of travel.
Our range of industrial elevators covers all types: hydraulic and cable, with or without machine room.
We can make custom made designs for heavy loads of up to 40 tons and reaching heights of up to 150 meters of vertical travel.
To satisfy different needs we offer a lot of flexibility in the finishings, depending on the use that will be given to the elevator, for exampe for the food industry.
We also offer automatic or manual doors and different operation modes --including remote operation-- and monitoring of the elevator.

Explosion-proof elevators
We can adapt our industrial elevators for explosive environments, abiding by the ATEX directive (based on the french normative, 94/9/EC: Appareils destinés à être utilisés en ATmosphères EXplosives), that applies to the European Union, guaranteeing operation in that type of environment. These features are ideal for the oil, gas and cement industries, marine equipment and public infrastructures such as bridges and dams.
The design follows all the international standards and regulations and we use structural steel, according to the standard EN 10025:2005. The weldings are made by certified experts and each one is inspected according to an ISO procedure.
Additionally, we provide dust and water-proof elevators, if necessary.
Naval elevators
No limits for boats and platforms
Our naval elevators are designed to meet the very specific needs of passenger boats and floating platforms.
Thy type of lifts must comply with several standards, among them ISO 8383 - Lifts on ships, and the certificate on Lifts energy efficiency VDI 4707:2009.
In particular, the travel path for lifts on ships and platforms never is stable and the environment is demanding and aggressive, because of the salty moisture.
Safety and reliability are the main objectives when the elevator is thousand of miles offshore. For those situations, we can offer, with Maspero Elevatori, proper timely after-sales service, with main spares and trouble-shooters available in case of faults.
